Hey everyone!! I stumbled upon this cart giveaway that I wanted to let everyone know about. It's being given away by Elaine from Expressions By Elaine to celebrate 300 followers.
And I was also wondering if anyone out there could tell me where this cartridge is sold?? I'm from Canada and we don't have near the selection as the US. I'm guessing it's sold only in the US at WalMart? I can't find it on their website.... Anyways, if anyone else out there is dying to get their hands on this cart, here is your chance!! :)
