Happy Halloween!!!

Hey everyone!! Happy Halloween!! :) Yesterday we had my kids' class parties (since they go to school Monday/Wednesdays) and I took this fun little cupcake scene to the Kindergarten Party as a table display!

I used a fun graveyard scene from SVG Cutting files to make my base, trees, tombstones, etc. and then used some fun stickers from Pebbles' Thirty-One Collection to add fun details and make cupcake toppers!

Here is how the display looked before I added the cupcakes...

The toppers were super easy to make - I just stuck the stickers to black cardstock, stitched around them using a white pen then cut them out and glued them onto a toothpick.

The kids LOVED how this turned out!! And I had fun making it - win-win!! :)

Here is a list of everything I used to make my scene....

Have a great day trick-or-treating with all the little witches and goblins!! We have a house FULL of princesses this year! Are you surprised?! ;)

Happy Birthday Shaker Card!

Hi crafty friends!!  Today is my last post of the month as the guest designer. I have loved sharing my projects using some of my favorite Peachy Keen stamps!!

Today I am sharing a super fun shaker card using a face stamp from another one of my favorite face assortments - the Princess Face Assortment! My set has been well loved! :)

I used numerous layers of my 'frame' and glued them all together before I added my star glitter. Then I added a layer of acetate and a final 'frame' layer.

A clear 'Happy Birthday' sentiment sticker from EAD Designs worked perfectly over the acetate.

Here is what I used to make my project...
- EAD Designs sentiment sticker
- digital paper from Design by Dani
- Martha Stewart glitter
- Clear acetate

I hope you were inspired by my projects this month!!! Thank you to Peachy Keen for the opportunity!!!!

Happy Halloween Treat Bags!

Hi everyone! Halloween is SOOOO close I can taste it!! If only I was ready for it! :) Haven't quite got the kids' costumes figured out... but at least I have the treats finished!! That's the important part, right?! :)

It is my day to post over at the Jaded Blossom Blog today!! I made these fun little treat bags for my daughter's playschool class...

Since I had to make so many of these, I didn't add a whole lot of detail to them. It makes me want to cry when I see the kids tear them apart without so much as a glance at my fax stitching... :)

My daughter, on the other hand, can appreciate all my details.... So hers is a bit prettier. ;)

I used an adorable little witch file that my daughter picked out from the SVG Cutting Files store and a sentiment from the Jaded Blossom Best Witches stamp set.

I choose a cute, simple treat topper from the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons store and added some washi tape (from Trendy Twine), my witch and sentiment.

I hope you all have an awesome Halloween!!!!! Thanks for stopping by!

Baking Up Some Love - Peachy Keen

Hello!! Today I'm a guest designer over at Peachy Keen!!!! Love Peachy Keen!!!

Today I have the cutest layout to share with you, using some photos I took of my baby when she turned six months old.

I cannot resist putting cute little Peachy Keen faces on food!!

I used two of my very favorite face stamps for my cupcakes, the Sweet & Innocent Face Assortment and the In the Garden Face Assortment. I always stamp my faces using StazOn ink, color them in with gelly roll pens and then add some rosy cheeks using chalk.

I also used the Lucy's ABCs and 123s stamp set to make a fun little banner on the bottom. I stamped my numbers and letters using Versamark (which I find works best for embossing) and white embossing powder.

Here are the all the supplies I used to make my layout...
Peachy Keen In the Garden Face Assortment Stamp Set
Peachy Keen Lucy's ABCs and 123s SOLIDS stamps
- Baking Up Some Love Cutting files from Miss Kate Cuttables
- Pebbles Washi Tape
- Paper from Bella Blvd
- Strawberry Cupcake Trendy Twine
- Grape Fizz Trendy Twine
- Charm & Banner dies from Jaded Blossom
- white gelly roll pen
- sequins

Thanks so much for stopping in!! Have an awesome day!!

The Little Mermaid Straw

Hey everyone!! It's my day to post over at the Peachy Keen blog as a guest designer!!
If you follow my blog you know that in our house, there are princesses everywhere!! :) I don't complain though... I love them too!

We are heading to Disneyland (as you read this post!) and I wanted to make a fun straw for my youngest daughter to take with us! Since her favorite princess is Ariel I used a cute little mermaid cutting file from Miss Kate Cuttables and a fish from the Peachy Keen June 2013 Stamp Club kit.

I picked up some of these fun straws at a party store in a few different colors. They are soo much fun!! I can't wait to make more of these! They would be perfect for birthday parties!

Ariel's sweet little face came from the In the Garden Face Assortment set.

Here is what I used to make my straw...
- Mermaid from Miss Kate Cuttables
- Scalloped Circle from Silhouette Store
- Martha Stewart glitter
- paper straws
- Pebbles chalk

Thanks so much for stopping by!!

Build-A-Bear Gift Card

Hi everyone!! It's my day to post a project on the Jaded Blossom blog!  I have a super cute card to share today!! Ever since I got my Jaded Blossom gift card die, I have been giving out a whole lot more gift cards as gifts!! I decided a Build-A-Bear GC would be perfect for one of my nieces...

I LOVE the Sweet Birthday Wishes stamp set... The sentiment I choose is one of my fav's from the set because I just love the font. I also used the smaller die in the Flag Dies 2 set.

My awesome Bear Shaped Card is from SVG Cutting files. At first I thought I was going to make a brown bear, but I decided to "girl" it up and make a more feminine bear. Isn't she sweet?! Of course she had to have a bow... The Bubblegum Taffy twine from Trendy Twine matched my little bear perfectly.

Don't forget that our current challenge is anything Halloween!! Make sure you link up your projects HERE for a chance to win a $10 gift certificate to the Jaded Blossom store!!!
